This semester, I had the opportunity to take Painting I. Be it an introductory course, it is intentionally designed to empower our individual strength and allows for a large degree of unorthodox freedom in content.
The course is known for its intensity and rigor. Through the semester, I learned to begin embracing my individual painting style. I look forward to continue that cultivation next year in my Art Studio Thesis. I learned to manipulate oil paint while harnessing my own techniques.
